Geothermal

Powering the energy transition with natural heat

Where most of our heating application are based on fossil fuels, hot water produced from the earth can be used as an alternative renewable energy source in most parts of the world and is already being used for heating green houses and district heating. In those areas where temperatures in access of 100°C are available, hot water or steam can also be used to generate green electricity. Contrary to Wind and Solar power, geothermal energy can be produced around the clock, independent of external factors.

The technology which is required to access Geothermal resources is based upon technology which has been developed in the Oil & Gas sector. Our wells management team provides this expertise to plan and execute Geothermal well construction projects and can assist to manage the reliable operation of these wells. We apply over 20+ years of drilling experience and best practices around the globe to deliver geothermal projects. Cognizant of the fact that the economic margins for Geothermal project are tight, we apply a fit-for-purpose approach for each project to ensure the lowest life-cycle cost.

Vysus Group support our Clients from specialized studies and design verification to total Project Management.
