Head of HSES Steve Harris represented Vysus Group on a human factors panel session at the International Association of Drilling Contractors HSE and Sustainability Europe Conference & Exhibition recently.
The panel discussed the operational impact of the pandemic, with special consideration given to the inevitable increased demands on the workforce, and the need to reassess the way we communicate and engage with the workforce.
Steve received great feedback from the organisers and was asked some excellent questions by the audience on topics ranging from emergency response, business resilience and leadership during crisis.
Steve said: “This is a great way to give back to the industry whilst positioning Vysus Group as thought leaders in addressing the most pressing challenges of our times. I would certainly encourage everyone in Vysus Group to look for opportunities where you can do the same.”
