Continuity Management (BCM/SCM)

Build a resilient organisation with the ability to handle an incident and reduce its consequences, including costly downtime.

Overview

We support organisations in the private and public sector with their unique Continuity Management requirements. Our approach works equally well for businesses with highly technical systems through to organisations providing health and childcare activities.

Service Breakdown

To develop a continuity plan, we carry out a continuity-related risk analysis to identify:

  • socially important and/or business critical commitments and functions
  • internal and external critical dependencies
  • maximum tolerable downtime (interruption)
  • measures to increase the ability to handle organisational disruption.

Credentials

We’ve developed a three-step methodology to identify the key variables and create continuity plans based on the leading ISO 22301 standard. Our method supports the private sector, using business impact analysis (BIA), and the public sector, using societal impact analysis (SIA).
